Welcome to The Cross Keys, Rode.
Situated on the old Fussell's Brewery Site in the heart of Rode, this old country Inn, circa 17th century, has many lovely features to enjoy, one of which is the working Queen Victoria Golden Jubilee Clock, but more importantly the Inn has a warm, welcoming and cosy feel to it.
The en-suite rooms overlook the courtyard that leads out to the car park from which private access can be gained. The restaurant seats around 50, the menu traditional and dress code informal. The two bars serve a wide range of quality beverages and are frequented by the locals who make all the guests welcome, great for the lone business person.
For business guests they can commute to Bath, Frome, Trowbridge, Bradford Upon Avon and other local sites and for holiday guests, Longleat, Bath, Cheddar Gorge and many more attractions are within easy driving distance.

Butcombe Bike Ride - 26th May
Riders start from The Keys at 5pm and start their journey with a pint of Butcombe fuel and then visit around 8 local pubs, topping up as they go and ending at the Keys, a little worse for wear but still managing another pint to celebrate getting around! Free pint at start and finish for Riders. Come along to support them.
Rode Cricket Season
The Rode Cricket Season starts this month as as soon as Fixtures are in we will post up dates. Please come and support the team on their home games. We have a new Captain this year, Charlie Smith, who also works for us here at the Keys, attends Bath College and also plays golf. Congratulations to him for taking up the challenge.
