We are fortunate to have 3 rooms available for Bed & Breakfast all comfortably furnished with a contemporary feel with space to swing a cat or two! The high ceilings and beamed structure make for nice features.

Please note from 1st March our boarding rates will be £63 per double occupancy room and £48 our single occupancy room. Breakfasts will be £6 per head.

Green Room

This not only has a kingsize bed but we have also installed a sofa bed that can be used for an additional guest. This room also has space for a travel cot that we can provide so let us know at the time of booking if you wish to utilise these extra facilities. We do not charge for cot usage but we do charge an additional £15 for sofa-bed use.
£60 per room per night. 

Blue Room & Yellow Room

These rooms can now be booked as a 'twin' or 'super-king' usage – just let us know on booking which you prefer.

£60 for double
£45 for single occupancy.

Important Info

Breakfast is available at £5 per head which includes cereals, juice, full hot English breakfast, toast, jams and tea or coffee and is served at a time to suit you between 0730 – 0930 hrs. 

Private Access can be gained through our Courtyard which is handy as the car park backs on to it so during ‘closed’ time you can still come and go as you please. 

Lunch and Dinner are available in our Restaurant – 12 – 2 pm and 6.30 – 9pm – Weekend guests please reserve a table as we do get very busy but we will always squeeze you in but then you could incur a wait. 

Check In is from 1800 hrs and Check Out 1100 hrs – however upon request you can have access to your room between 1300 – 1430 hrs
